Midtown Houston is located directly southwest of Downtown, with 59 and 45 as "borders" for the neighborhood.  Midtown boasts its "Urban Living" options, close to downtown. Residents enjoy a walkable community with tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping!  According to Midtown Houston, "Since 2012, Midtown Houston has experienced 50% population growth with almost 10,000 Houstonians now calling it home."
